Shipping policy

Delivery is made to Germany and Austria, as well as to Switzerland and European countries.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders of €40.00 or more; otherwise, a flat-rate shipping fee of €3.95 applies.

Delivery Times

Unless a different timeframe is specified in the individual product listing, delivery within Germany takes approximately 4–9 business days, and international delivery takes approximately 4–9 business days following the conclusion of the contract (or, if advance payment has been agreed upon, from the time you issue the payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made a different arrangement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order. Depending on product availability, an order may be split into multiple shipments.
