Terms and Conditions and Customer Information
I. Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Basic Provisions
(1) The following Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you and us as the provider (Frans C. Schaloske) via the website www.financeshirts.de. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms and conditions you may use is hereby expressly rejected.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or self‑employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self‑employed professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By listing a product on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions stated in the product description via the online shopping cart system.
(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows: The goods intended for purchase are placed in the “shopping cart”. You may access the shopping cart at any time via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes. After clicking the “Checkout” or “Proceed to Order” button (or similar wording), entering your personal data, and selecting payment and shipping options, you will be shown a final order overview. If you use an instant payment system (e.g., PayPal Express/Plus/Checkout, Amazon Pay, Sofort, giropay), you will either be redirected to the order overview in our online shop or to the website of the respective payment provider. After entering your data there, you will again be shown the order overview either on the provider’s website or after being redirected back to our shop. Before submitting the order, you may review, modify (including via the browser’s “back” function), or cancel the order. By submitting the order via the corresponding button (“place binding order”, “buy now”, “order with obligation to pay”, “pay now”, or similar wording), you legally accept our offer, thereby concluding the contract.
(4) Your inquiries regarding the creation of an offer are non‑binding. We will provide you with a binding offer in text form (e.g., via email), which you may accept within 5 days unless otherwise specified.
(5) Order processing and transmission of all information required for contract execution take place via email, partly automated. You must ensure that the email address you provide is correct and that receipt of emails is technically possible and not blocked by spam filters.
§ 3 Individually Designed Goods
(1) You must provide us with all necessary information, texts, or files required for the individual design of goods via the online ordering system or by email immediately after contract conclusion. Any format specifications must be observed.
(2) You agree not to transmit any data whose content infringes the rights of third parties (particularly copyrights, name rights, trademark rights) or violates applicable law. You expressly indemnify us from all claims asserted by third parties in this context, including legal representation costs.
(3) We do not verify the transmitted data for accuracy and assume no liability for errors arising from such data.
§ 4 Special Provisions for Offered Payment Methods

(2) Payment via Klarna In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer the following payment options: Invoice (“Pay Later”), Installment Purchase (“Financing”), Direct Debit (“Pay Now”), and Credit Card. (1) You may exercise a right of retention only if it concerns claims arising from the same contractual relationship.
(2) The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
§ 6 Warranty
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) Consumers are requested to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damage, and to notify us and the carrier as soon as possible. Failure to do so does not affect statutory warranty rights.
(3) If a characteristic of the goods deviates from objective requirements, such deviation is deemed agreed only if you were informed of it before contract conclusion and it was expressly agreed separately.
§ 7 Choice of Law
(1) German law applies. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
